So people who are deeply behind body building and don’t have the tendency to take adequate amount of food will be starving. Such people can depend on food supplements that are capable of providing the body with a balanced nutrition. There are plenty of food supplements available in the markets that are comparatively inferior to the natural food. Of course natural food is superior to the benefits provided by the supplements. But when a person cannot supply the body with the required amount of natural food, foods supplements are a better choice.
